We offer a free pick up option for your convenience.  Include in your purchasing email that you would like to pick the items up, and we will include an appointment time to pick up your purchase.

We stay firmly behind the quality of our products. If it turns out that the item that you have received has some defects or was damaged during transportation, please contact us within 3 business days for exchange or replacement.

Due to the nature of our products, Small Town Charm does not accept returns/exchanges. Exchanges for different sizes are not accepted either.
